I see a lot of websites that use this case to prove there is a
fictitious entity and government is fiction and man needs a fiction in
order to associate with government. Here is the court case most of
    these sites quote;

    (S.C.R. 1795, Penhallow vs. Doan's Administrators, 3 U.S. 54; 1 L.Ed.
57; 3 Dall. 54, Supreme Court of the United States 1795)

"In as much as every government is an artificial person, an
abstraction, and a creature of the mind only, a government can
interface only with other artificial persons. The imaginary, having
neither actuality nor substance, is foreclosed from creating and
attaining parity with the tangible. The legal manifestation of this is
that no government, as well as any law, agency, aspect, court, etc.
can concern itself with anything other than corporate, artificial
persons and the contracts between them."

I pulled up the court case here http://anonym.to/?http://supreme.justia.com/us/3/54/case.html
and can not find this at all. Was it removed?

I do understand that the statute of person is defined as a corporation
and that a maxim of law is inclusion of one is the exclusion of all
others.. But is there actual court cases that can actually be searched
that says something to the extent of what this court case says? Right
now i'm under the impression that most of those freedom sites that are
using this court case is using a made up opinion in order to
    manipulate its readers.

Well that Supreme Court Registry (I believe is the full name) is very
old. So it may not have been uploaded. You can take that citation to
a good law library and ask the librarian to help you find it.

But if you consider what we know about law and commerce from so many
other sources, this teaching is just as true as can be even if that
particular citation is not real. But I suspect it is. That is a full
citation with all the reference abbreviations intact.

I tried to download this at the link
and was told that the limit was reached

How can I get a copy of this conference call?

Here is what Dave Mack responded to me with:

You call the number 724-444-7444 and then put in the pin 54318#. You
want to be muted when you are not talking and to do that you press *6
and when you want to talk you press *6 again to unmute. If you want
to "raise your hand" to talk you press *8.

    All there is to it.

    Dave

Then I went to the call and heard lots of great stuff to do with A4V -
I feel much more confident after this call.
Next week Monday Dave's call is said to have Jerry Kane on and lots
of "great new stuff" on Foreclosure - I think he said new and
exciting stuff to do with foreclosure from Tim Turner? will be
    presented.
This Monday night call is said to be archived at talk shoe with the
PIN used to access it? Does that sound right?

    Hi

How can one determine whether a particular company or lending
institution can beneficially process an A4V?
In other words, what are the criteria whereby they can access this
    trust/credit?

Furthermore, what are typical mistakes to avoid in this process?

    Cheerio -

This Q may provide a long, but very useful answer for us:

Would Kevin kindly list all the prerequisites that one needs before &
during filing of the 1099A & OID?

    In other words, things like:
    - which public benefits to cancel/avoid and for what period of time
before filing (e.g. Unemployment benefits, etc)
    - which past things could cause a glitch (e.g. wrong type of bank
account <interest bearing>, which banks may be uncooperative,
    particular past IRS problems, ...)
    - what are the obvious mistakes to avoid (preventing FF) on the
    1099 & subsequent 1040 forms
    - how to properly address the question of stating/figuring out the
correct amounts (which would require painstaking calculations of an
entire year's activity on a single account)
    - list any other common mistakes to avoid

 Topic: Tax Question
    Ambientlght <tlquick44@gmail.com> Jan 04 07:11PM -0800 ^

    Hello,
I am hoping someone can help me to resolve this issue, I will be
recieving some of my funds from a union annunity fund soon and they
want to tax me a 20% penalty tax for early withdrawl. Is there anyway
around this? They say they are going to deduct it fom the check they
issue before I even recieve it. I am hoping there is a form I can send
along with my request for withdrawl form or something to stop them
    from deducting these fees.
    Any help is greatly appreciated,
    Tom

You can try changing your exemptions that you have on file with them
before they issue your payment. This should alleviate some (if not
all) of .the tax withholding from your check. Of course, when you file
your tax return, it will come back to "bite you" if you don't have the
    necessary deductions to offset it.
    Ambientlght <tlquick44@gmail.com> Jan 04 09:01PM -0800 ^

But the question is can they legally tax me if the funds are not part
of nor intended for use in " Trade or Business"
    Ambientlght <tlquick44@gmail.com> Jan 04 09:22PM -0800 ^

The only way a goverment can lawfully aquire a right over your private
property without just compensation mandated by the 5th amendment to
the Constitution is by your own consent. (which I believe I may have
granted them by using my ss# to open the account in the first place)

Now the funds are in an account under my SS# which I put in when I
signed up with the union, and in order to with drawl the funds I must
provide my SS#. But there must be some form or letter I can write to
state that I will be responsable for the taxes if there are any and
they must remit the withdrawl to me in full.

Thanks Ray for the advise but I don't think it matters if I have 1 or
10 deductions they are still going to tax it at 20%. The forms have no
area on them to submit a deduction.

    Any other suggestions?
