    Why is the IRS voucher form in your example different from the one
    posted on Doug's website? It seems to be the same example but the
    acceptance language is different in that it is not on a 45 degree
    angle and it does not mention the exempt from levy verbage nor does it
    show the SSN written with no dashes and then with dashes. Which is
    the correct form?

    #3 and #4 needs to be modified a bit and I would like to put some codes in
    there to support that I never had a contract with this collection agency..

    Hello,
     
    I just got served tonight with papers in regards to a collection agency
    trying to collect FRNs... I have to respond back to the court within 20
    days. Lets just say that this is not my specialty and need some help on
    responding to the plaintiff through the court..

    I need other persons inputs on a few things in here and advice is gladly
    appreciated..
     
    My first issue is #1 the collection agency I guess is in the same town and
    state as to where I reside so I would be definitely lying about this.
    Opinions?
     
    #6 has two blank spots and I am contemplating on what I am suppose to put
    there. If it is as simple as I think it is then why is there blanks for the
    simple phrases I was thinking of putting in there? Any thoughts?
     
    The paragraph after #7 where it has red type, its says send a copy to some
    senator. what for? I am thinking of just putting a period after seq. Unless
    someone has a better idea?
     
    The next paragraphs don't pertain to me so I was just going to delete them
    including the evidence of falsification because I have no evidence.
     
    where it says encls: I was going to delete number 1 and 2 and leave the
    notice of demand to validate debt claim if I can find help on that..
     
    Can you all please scrutinize my affidavit? PLEASE!

    Where do I get my EIN ?
    It was Wamu sold to Chase.
    Can I OID cash withdrawels used to pay rent or am I out of luck?
    Do I have to go in complete detail on every tranaction in my spreadsheet for each month?.

    All they are doing is saying I witness the sending of such document.
    We have to go above the law ourselves and start sending REAL judges
    our UCC 1-308 evidence that we did not allocute these agreements
    ourselves. Let's start sending these to all REAL Judges so they know!
