    Hi All,

    I have a lawyer for a collection agency who has filed for a Judgement

    against me (entry of default). I sent an International Remedy Demand

    and Verification of Debt by Notary Presentment yesterday and need to

    buy some time. Thought I should file a Motion For Discovery. Any

    thoughts? If you think this is dumb, please do not respond unless you

    are actually going to give me something better to try.

    Hi Cait,

    You're definitely on the right track, well done. It wouldn't hurt one

    Hello All and Happy New Year
    I wrote and let everyone know that I had a simple way to organize all
    their documents and that I would send out our system. We redid it for
    financial and legal documents SO if you requested info and didn't receive it
    or would like to receive it just reply to this email and it will be sent.

    Are you asking a question or answering your own question? Why ask a
    this question if you don't believe others here now about closed
    accounts? If you are not a secure party than you will get in trouble
    for using the closed accounts to do fund transfers. So read between
    the lines.

    Greetings All,
    Please assist. I have yet to purchase a Blacks Law Dictionary. Anyone
    have a good definiton for value and transfer for value in terms
    putting a lien on something and changing a supposed creditor into a
    debtor ( a finance company into a debtor?). Anyone know how to turn
    the tables on a finance company seeking monthly payments and hold them
    liable to pay me instead of me paying them? Put a lien on them?

    payoff amonut (it is not right by 2 weeks) but I know the payoff
    amount, can I just use the statement I have and put the amount that is
    right even though it does not match what is on the statement?
    I can access my car loan account online and get a form showing the
    current payoff with all my information on it, should I use this as the
    statement and the payoff voucher?
    Will either way work?

    Per Doug you can leave the amount open on the money order so whatever
    the balance is when they process they can discharge the whole thing.

    Im gonna be honest with you, car loans arent regulated. If your in a
    judicial state, get ready for the suit, if your in a non judicial state
    expect them to reposses unless you file bankruptcy or a lawsuit/writ of
    replevin/declaratory judgement

    If I have a line of credit based on a second mortgage I took out and
    the finance company sends me a bill, technically they have no right to
    and are simply bluffing because I did not sign an agreement stating
    that I would pay themk the monthly amount or say that if I dont pay
    they can take my property. If I decide to call them on this bluff then
    they would then be liable and become the debtor and potentially have
    to pay me the amount in question (50K). I know that I can A4V the bill
    per Doug Riddles method but if I wanted to get the finance company to
    actually have to pay me the 50K how would I go about calling their
    bluff. What would be the process?

    Were you in foreclosure and your October mailing delayed the process?
    Did you use Douglas Riddles A4V sample?
    Have you bonded through the Treasury, i.e. Tim Turners docs or is
    your FRB routing # the soc.?
