I have a good bond example, and was under the impression that filling
the UCC1 would register my bond making it public. The un-employment
is a good question I have the same type of questions regarding taking
any benifits from the state when trying to create your privite vessel
in the private jurisdiction. Sorry, to here about the job loss.

I've never listened to CW. What I get out of this is that instead of
just doing the AFV to the BC this might be a more effective way to
establish myself with the DTC. From your understanding would it make
since to be debt free and have utilities paid in advance before trying
this. I'm a little new and not making any moves for a bit ecept
IODing my 230k mortage and 36m of bank accounts. I came from the
freedom movement and now very intested in commerce. Do you listen to
CW? Have you been studing how to be a creditor for some time? What
are you thoughts on this call?

Find me just one man or woman or person or corporation or attorney or judge or grand jury that has read and understands all the codes, rules, procedures, local, state, and federal etc...
You will find none because it is impossible for any one to know. So what are we doing? Fighting a losing battle? If the common man, woman, person, corporation whatever cannot fully understand these alleged laws then they are all null and void and we are only playing the game that the vultures set up. These efforts are worthless because no one can totally understand all of these laws in it's entirety.
We, as the sovereign individual(no definition required), have no need for all of this bullshit. It's very simple. Did you make a contract? Did you say you would do this for that? Did you perform according to that agreement? If not you have a problem. Do you need to go search endless codes, statutes, alleged laws to find your remedy? NO!
Our peers will find and produce the remedy in deliberation between themselves. Not a judge, prosecutor, bogus grand jury under the direction of the alleged prosecutor, etc...
1) Were you a signatory to the Constitution for the United States? NO! If you did you are already dead.
2) Were you a signatory accepting all these alleged rules, codes, statutes, etc...? NO! What sane person would allow such?
3) Did you sign a document allowing someone else to do these things on your behalf even if it was against your will? I doubt anyone would accept this.
So where are we?
How about something as simple as this: We need food, clothing, and shelter period. Just enough to sustain our lives. The rest we can figure out within our local peer groups.
The rest is nothing but bullshit put out by bullshitters to take advantage of others and they are doing it constantly and this forum acknowledges this fraud and accepts it. Sad to say it but it's the truth.
We are to be beholden to none. If we wish to contract with someone then we will be held to the contract and we may allow our peers to oversee that contract. If you do wrong then you will be punished by your local peers period. If you don't want to be held to the opinions of your peers then nobody will contract with you and you are on your own which is totally acceptable. If you do harm to someone then your peers may take action against you to prevent another occurrence.
I am tired of all this and am taking on a new mindset. Do you want to contract with me? Great! If not, no big deal. But I refuse to be held to these bogus codes, statutes, etc... for which I was not a part of the process. It is all null and void.
So will you join me in the family of man or do you want to continue trying to figure out how to get around the system the vultures have created?
I'm tired and I've had enough. Why not just make a phone call to your Judges, Courts, Representatives, Senators, etc... and just say you don't agree and will not follow their bogus alleged laws and will defend yourself and your community against their control efforts.
What say you?

I have seen this expression on versions of affidavits used by parties
living in other countries.

clear explanation of it by simply searching the group. Some people can also just search my name

Here are a couple resources and ideas that many don't know how to find things so here are my better solutions that may be of help to you:
Go on line and google it and find the phone number.
1.. Call the company and say you are interested in knowing about the bank and could they send you a portfolio.
2.. You can even buy 1 share and get their info on a regular basis.
3.. You can call a stock broker.
Now if you cannot find the number:
4. Call your local library and ask them the name, phone number, address.
5. Call the local chamber of commerce. They are wonderful and usually full of knowledge.
Here is one statement that is wonderful to get numbers: my accountant asked me for this. The people then feel like Oh, that is alright then.

I have a new idea or at least it is new to me. Let's have some comment
on it and see where we go with it.
If I go to court and file a motion and they charge me money I have
hired them to do something for me. Right? Therefore I become their
employer, do I not? why not wait until the end of the year or whenever
and turn in a 1099 to the IRS for the amount of any fines or court
costs? All we should need is their tax ID number which isn't hard to
get as I understand it.
I have no idea what would happen if we did that but it sure ought to
cause somebody some headaches. Just hope it don't turn out to be us.

Hello everyone.
There is a credit card I defaulted on. I tried to apply for a new
credit card with he same exact bank I defaulted with. Of course they
basically sent in a letter stating that they could not approve me for
the credit card I applied for because of credit obligations I had with
them has been delinquent.
I working on writing a letter to ask them if they could send me some
kind of bill or payoff statement, so that I can "settle" the
obligations and if they could agree to approve me of a credit card
upon condition the credit obligations are "settled".
Please share your thoughts, opinions, advice, suggestions, and
feedback if you have any.
