Dear Donna;

Much like many things, the amount of people who are going into the Private
Processes, that don't know who they are: There are individuals getting into
the Notary Process that also don't know S.H.T, and appear to want to make
money on this NEW system..

So, for the few presenters that are out there, who do, there is an
unfortunate backlash.

That being said, a MAJORITY of people holding themselves out as NOTARY
PRESENTERS don't know about Broughton's, Bouvier's or the UCC, but instead
look to Anderson's and go to their SOS sites for instruction.

I would hope that doesn't encompass any of the individuals who are listed
on your site,

Which one is it BTW?

The one I am familiar with has very few 'adequate' notaries on it, as I have
blown through several.

notarypresenters.com is the one that I have had some familiarity with.

With that being said, I don't expect someone to come up to speed as a notary
presenter in less than 3 years.

Yet, how come they want to charge the big bucks for a presentment after just
a few days on the job?

Michael Mirras of Los Lumas, New Mexico

Mr. Michael Mirras of Los Lumas, New Mexico is becoming quite famous as a consumer advocate.
He is heard almost every week on a conference call sponsored by Mr. Michael Edwards who has a web page known as YRIITL or Your Remedy is in the law.com where he touts various people who purportedly have remedies for whatever debt or traffic or IRS problems you might have.

Mr. Mirras has written two e-books which he sells for something like $300 to maybe as much as $500 apiece. However, it seems that somebody wasn't too happy with their purchase and are now offering to let anyone download them for free at Michael Mirras Ebooks for free

The url was announced by a Mr. Bill Bauer, CEO of Creditwrench.com who claims that Mirras copied most of what he has from him. Obviously Bauer isn't all that happy with Mirras either.

It seems that Mr. Mirras has set up his own blog now at Michael Mirras blog where he himself is apparently offering his books for free to the public. He is making quite an astonishing offer on an audio recording which plays automatically when someone visits his blog.

Absolutely unbelievable! This dumbo prepared himself a document that purports to be a private money order for $835 and sent it to a bank to pay a debt he owed. As if that wasn't bad enough he used his social for the account number and a U.S. Treasury Department offset account as the routing number! They returned it marked fraud. When it came back he went on to a google e-group and remarked

WHOOPS!
See the dumbo's private money order as it was posted to the e-group.

UPDATE:
I believe I found the member that was in breach of OUR TRUST.
They have been removed, I don't think any of the feeds will be updated
on the blog now..
